Made Triple Chocolate Flourless Brownie-Bottom Cheesecake today, haha!
Unfortunately with lack of cheesecake making experience I didn't let the cheesecake set properly and it was really gooey.
Good thing it still tasted nice though, so everyone commented it was like eating molten lava cake.
Hehehe. All good!

soon, but I'll have to wait till after Sunday (ahhhh so long, didn't realise!) because Paul's mom is buying baking ingredients from Costco in bulk!
Costco = cheap stuff, whoohoooo

One day I'm gonna get membership and buy Reeses' PB cups from there, a 1 kilo bag.
Ah adult responsibilities B)



Side note, it feels good to get Yo-chi at 10:55pm haha.
