Exercise gives you happy endorphins~~
Went for badminton with the churchies today at Monash!
It wasn't much of an exercise but I really enjoyed it.
I laughed so hard at all the funny actions and words from everyone!
E.g William being a "gentle swan", Keene bullying Huixian with drop shots, me missing the shuttlecocks HAHAHA
It was like unofficial jokester day.
I suppose the exercise did relax my stress from earlier in the day :>
(AAD- information overload and enrolment problems)
And I got to meet new people too!!!
I always say exercising is a happy pill but never actually get around to working out.
Hmm.
Anyway badminton drained my energy too and I become really really tireddd.
They drove to Glen Waverley afterwards for supper and my face was just (-u-) HAHA.
But I got tauhuey and red bean buns from the Asian shops there!!!
Speaking of tauhuey, I recently (yesterday) went to N2 to check out their Tofu Gelato.
Which is essentially tauhuey gelato.
In the end I didn't take it, but I did get a few scoops of it!
It's pretty nice and authentic :D
But since there aren't any other ingredients inside, it gets a little boring after a while...
HOWEVER IT'S REALLY SMOOTH!
I give it a 7.8/10 recommendation.
Right back to the topic.
On the way home being so sleepy I felt quite saaaad.
I had a lengthy sort of h2ht with William in the car!
I'm glad William's my friend heh.
I was sad about the dead shrub in my balcony
And Giselle leaving for UQ D:
It finally hit me that she's so far away
And I can only talk to her through technology.
I can't ever hug her till we meet physically! (And when will that be?!)
